SHIPPING DELAYS / DELIVERY TIMES

Your dome is prepared and shipped within 8 to 10 weeks after receiving your initial payment. (These lead times are indicative only; as each order is handcrafted, our delivery times may vary slightly).

The delivery time notably depends on your shipping location and current conditions. Delays may also be extended due to postal service strikes or job actions.

If you have not received your order within 5 business days following shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary steps with the delivery services.
