The 50% deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 5 business days or less following the purchase. In the event of a pre-order cancellation, 5% of the total deposit amount will be retained.

If the project changes and the contract agreement is not fulfilled in its entirety, a 20% fee will be applied to the remaining/unfulfilled portion of the order.

We do not offer price adjustments following a completed promotional purchase. (For example, if an item is purchased prior to a promotion or percentage discount, we do not apply an adjustment between the original price and the discounted price).

PRICING POLICY

​

Our products are listed in Canadian dollars ($CAD), excluding taxes and shipping fees. Taxes are calculated during the checkout process. Shipping fees are calculated during the service offer process based on your address.

PAYMENT METHOD

​

Pre-orders can be paid by Interac e-Transfer or directly through your financial institution upon receipt of your pre-order. A monthly fee of 3% applies to late payments.
